Purchasing A Home or Investment?
Any major purchase requires research, careful analysis, consideration and thought. Home buying isn’t any different. Determining the right location, the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor space is the easier things, however, there are many other factors to think about in your home search. An agent at Z.A.S. Consulting, Inc. will guide you through the process, along with provide contact information of mortgage professionals to discuss loan approval and the best rates.
Are you going through probate and you need a skilled agent to help you sell your family member’s home, we have an agent in-house that can relate to what you are going through and help you through this difficult process.
We are members of Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors (MORe).

Credit Reports & Fico Scores
It is extremely important to keep up with your credit reports to be fully aware of your credit status. If there are errors on your reports, it is imperative you write letters to all three credit bureaus to rectify the errors. When there are inaccurate information on your credit reports listed as adverse, this will negatively affect your scores. When you have low fico scores, you will always pay higher interest rates for mortgages, vehicles, insurance and credit cards. You are eligible to receive a free credit report from each agency (Transunion, Equifax, and Experian) once a year by going to annualcreditreport.com. Below is a snapshot of how your credit scores are calculated:
